Sales training for Service personnel

The "Sales for Service personnel" training program is a hands-on course designed to help individuals in service roles feel comfortable with sales and customer communication. The training equips you with the tools and techniques needed to contribute to increased growth and customer satisfaction.

The program includes many hands-on tools and tips specifically tailored to people with customer interaction. Our goal is to strengthen your behavior as an active means of competition. We understand that few customer support functions, service technicians, or project managers want to be associated with a "pushy seller." However, most people want to be perceived as competent individuals who can add value and advise customers on how to get the most out of their investments or collaborations.

Through this program, we aim to clarify the difference between sales and service behavior. We provide concrete suggestions for a sales clearance initiative and train you on how to take these in different customer situations. The program includes a section on managing dissatisfied customers and how to turn them into future ambassadors for your company and Sdiptech.

It is suitable for individuals with a lot of customer contact and in service roles, such as ex-service technicians, project managers, customer service staff, technical engineers, and people who want to develop in simpler sales and customer communication.

Duration

The training is carried out physically for two (2) full days, including an overnight stay and dinner.
